Perhaps the most important aspect of grant funding is raising public awareness about each program and the need for funding to support implementation and provide sustainability.
In order to fulfill the various programs and services provided by IMPACT Community Development Corporation (IMPACT CDC) we have developed and implemented a fundraising strategy to secure federal and sate government and funding as well as corporate and private funding to increase working capital and operating support.
Program planning and grant planning are intimately linked. Grant planning is a important phase including development, implementation and evaluation for successful launch cycle of the whole program. Grant and solicitation strategies are closely intertwined with goals and program strategies. Our goal is to foster more than donors but build lasting partnerships.
What makes us different? Why should funding be provided for our programs?
IMPACT CDC creates innovative and effective programs to meet felt-needs in our neighborhood and the greater community at large such as: Winners Wait, Youth Leadership Institute and the Abigail Project. IMPACT CDC extensively researches specific grant opportunities in varied sectors to identify a match with the mission of both funder and our programs.
Funding IMPACT CDC means insuring the future of tomorrow’s families today.
