Rupert is currently the Chief Operating Officer of IMPACT Community Development Corporation (IMPACT CDC). Previously, he has held several senior level strategic planning positions in the field of Information Technology with Prudential Insurance Company of America, Cytec Industries, Inc., and Merck & Company. A former United States Air Force officer, Rupert holds dual degrees in Accounting and Management Information systems from Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and graduate degrees in Finance and Decision Sciences from Pennsylvania's prestigious Wharton Business School of Pennsylvania. Rupert is an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Technology Management at Stillman School of Business and lecturer with the American Management Association, a global leader in management training and professional development. He published the book, Practical Strategy: Aligning Business with Information Technology and the forthcoming book in the Fall of 2008: Practical Strategy: Emotional Intelligence and the Church. He and his wonderful wife Maryann live in Blairstown, New Jersey.
Alex is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Impact Community Development Corporation. His experience in senior-level financial management includes international business, accounting, and financial reporting in diverse industries. PreviousyAlex served as CFO at KESCO Shipping Corporation, a freight forwarding company with annual revenue of $90 million, located in Springfield Gardens, NY. He oversaw the company's budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting functions. Previously, Alex was CFO at Mikron Instruments Corporation of Oakland, NJ. Alex and his wife, Vicki, are the parents of two daughters. He is also fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
